Business Acquisition

Aquatec Maxcon has acquired the contracting business of Eimco Water Technologies, formerly Copa Water, in Australia. This results in Aquatec Maxcon having some 18 additional staff and offices in Sydney and Adelaide. Consequently we have offices in all Eastern States which will enhance our ability to better service our customers.

Aquatec Maxcon will complete a number of contracts on behalf of Eimco Water Technologies and will now market the Hybrid Biological Nutrient Reduction Technology and its associated SinkAir aerator and Gas Locked Siphon (GLS) decanter system. These robust technologies have demonstrated the ability to cost effectively deliver reliable nutrient reduction and have wide application with over 660 operating plants currently around the world. These technologies compliment Aquatec Maxcon's existing wide range of high efficiency technologies for municipal and industrial applications, providing even further options to ensure that clients receive the best possible technology in any application.
